Client Review Support
After various positions spanning adult education and cultural exchange programs for students and adults, Norma joined Eric ‘on the road’ in 2008 and accepted a position with Premium Finance to act as support for Eric in a Personal Assistant role and to also provide after sales support for Premium’s clients.

Norma speaks to the existing clients every three to four months in-between Eric’s visits with them to maintain communication between the clients and  Premium and to offer the appropriate assistance in passing on any enquiries/concerns to the relevant department. Norma finds her interaction with the clients very rewarding and very beneficial to the long term outcome of their goals.
